Murraylands Events Company provides four iconic trails events throughout the South Australian landscape including Kincha Trail Run, Federation Trail Ultra, 105 Gravel Fest and Murray Bridge Marathon. Having operated for the past 9 years, the events continue to grow as more and more people escape the footpath for the trails. Innovation is one of the keys focuses for the event team and organsier Morgan Coull who is always looking for more way to showcase how great trail running is to new markets.

We strive to continue to keep all of our events fresh and fun for our regular participants as well as the many newcomers who want to escape the city life or traditional events, jump on an open trail and smell the country air.  Technology and particular registration is a key aspect of the participants journey and so it’s an aspect  that I wanted to heavily focus heavily on this year after the interruptions of Covid19.”

When asked why they made the switch to the Race Roster System and team DTE Endurance  Morgan responded.

“It is quite simply the most sophsictaed registration platform in the market. Indeed, I am not sure I would only call it a ‘registration platform’ and that’s the beauty of Race Roster.  It’s intuitive in the sense that than you can simply utilise the basics of the system very quickly and easily. However,  if you are looking to operate unique aspects for your event like we are with some of our trail runs, there are so many different innovative features that save me time, improve the participants journey and enjoyment and help me generate new revenue streams.”

“The Customer Service team is the other key aspect for me. Being a small operator it is essential to have good people around you. From the very first meeting, to the setup of the event, to the fast responses to queries,  the DTE Endurance team has been sensational!  I think it’s the difference with having a 100% owned and operated Australian team made up of a whole lot of previous and  experienced event organisers; they just get it!

Director for DTE Endurance Richard Welsh stated the importance of the partnership.

We have built up a good relationship with Morgan Coull and the events team  and we are always generally excited when we are able to provide real value. In this instance, it’s around how we can practically blend  together the use of the technology with the physical event experience and become an additional support arm to Morgan Coull that wouldn’t have traditionally been seen as the ‘job’ of the registration company. We take great pride and enjoyment in this.  We are now working with many events across South Australia and look forward to continuing this strong relationship moving forward. Indeed, I’m looking forward to attending a couple of his events this year in person to lend a hand!,” Welsh added.

DTE endurance team is excited to continue to work closely  with Mogran and the broader organising team in the amazing work that these growing trail events are doing for local communities around Adelaide.

#DTE Endurance now has 10 local employees based across three cities in Australia and Race Roster has expanded to over 300 staff during the pandemic.
