The DTE Team is very excited to welcome aboard the Head of the Athletics Federation in Oceania, Northern Marianas Athletics. Robin Sapong is at its helm as General Secretary of Northern Marianas Athletics.
The Northern Marianas Athletics is all about the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and providing the opportunity to every person to have access to events whether to compete or to just simply have fun. Their first event with Race Roster was an in-person and virtual 10km Women’s Run. The race was a very significant one for them since they have never hosted a female-only race. Since 2021 despite the current landscape and challenge of the pandemic, they managed to host 6 community events from March till the end of 2021.
Although hesitant in getting a chance to talk to DTE, Robin reached out to a colleague after seeing Race Roster in action in an event early of 2021. But, within 2 to 3 days of email exchange, they manage to set up a Zoom call with the team.
When asked how they loved the system,
“Besides event entries and a range of customization options, its more than an online registration platform, the best thing about it is the team support. As I first time users in 2021, the technical support they offer was just beyond my expectation.
The event metric and management option are just what any event organizers needed. As someone been doing events for more than 15 years it’s the best tool. Not to mention social media platform.”
