New Hire- Marketing & Growth Manager

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing and Growth Manager will oversee the marketing, communications, brand, and its associated assets for DTE Endurance. The successful candidate will also play a vital role in supporting DTE Endurance clients with marketing, communications, and any other services.  This support is done both internally and through the DTE Endurance partner network and supporting employees. This role will be key in overseeing this area.

Marketing and the acquisition of new clients are closely linked. This person will also be involved in the strategy and implementation of plans to support the acquisition of new clients and to assist in retaining them.

The Marketing and Growth Manager is a great opportunity for someone who loves events, technology, and sport who wants to highly influence and craft the role and overtime team, into their own.

The role will be tasked with elevating the brand in the market, bringing on new clients through a variety of different means as well as operationally developing new processes and protocols in the business that supports its overall growth.  The person will have a strong strategic understanding of the business objectives, prepare communication plans, press releases, commercial presentations and have some design skills, and a high competence in digital marketing methods for both DTE Endurance and its clients.

The role will include:

  • Increasing Brand Awareness of DTE Endurance and its client’s events.
  • Campaign Planning, Website Management, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing Management.
  • Content Marketing Management, Media Relations and PR.
  • Sell the benefits of Race Roster and DTE Endurance services to event operators through a variety of different methods and medians.
  • Develop effective sales material and methods that increase growth and support clients where relevant.  
  • Support DTE Endurance Partner events with marketing and promotion.
  • Prepare and manage key analytical reports for the business.
